🖐️ Elements - Pancha Bhuta, The Five (Great) Elements
All living creatures are made of the five primeval elements.
All mobile and immobile objects are made of these five elements.
The five senses also of living creatures partake of the five elements.

Vasus (fathers), Rudras (grandfathers) and Adityas (great-grandfathers) are Manes
Even when a Brahmana, after bathing, satisfies the manes with water, he obtains thereby the whole reward for the performance of the (daily) Sraddha. [3.283.]
They call (the manes of) fathers Vasus, (those of) grandfathers Rudras, and (those of) great-grandfathers Adityas; thus (speaks) the eternal Veda. [3.284.]

Wikipedia - What are Manes?
In ancient Roman religion, the Manes (/ˈmeɪniːz/, Latin: mānēs, Classical Latin: [ˈmaː.neːs̠]) or Di Manes are chthonic deities sometimes thought to represent souls of deceased loved ones.
They were associated with the Lares, Lemures, Genii, and Di Penates as deities (di) that pertained to domestic, local, and personal cult.
Side note:
The Pompeii and Herculaneum sites it has been shown that they worshiped Lares (a.k.a household gods [household deities?]) The lares were guardian spirits of the house, they were worshiped for their protection of the house and fields and their promotion of fertility in the family of that house.
